General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the company 3OUTLET (SASU in the process of being created, registered office in Troyes, 10000) and any buyer making a purchase on the website www.3outlet.fr.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are brand new, tagged, premium fashion items (shoes, clothing) sold at outlet prices. Each product listing specifies the brand, description, available sizes, price, and condition of the item.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. 3OUTLET reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the buyer.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered at the time of ordering. The transaction is secured via Shopify Payments.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery times and prices are specified on the Delivery page. 3OUTLET cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 8 — Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 9 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Troyes will be seized.
