You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

TERMS

The item must be in its original condition: new, unworn, with tags.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUND

Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will proceed with a full refund of the item price within 5 to 10 working days, to the payment method used for the purchase.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Send us an email to outlet3outlet@gmail.com with your order number, the item in question, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.
